- Jaime Thomas Hageman, 27, of 3100 Riverwood Dr., Hastings, Minn., was arrested at the 99 mile marker on U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Steven Daniel Dymond of 27175 J Ave., Adel, was traveling on L Avenue when a cow entered the roadway. Dymond was unable to stop and struck the cow with his vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Dymond’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
- Joseph Robert Bateman, 26, of 29537 N. Wuakegan Rd., Lake Bluff, Ill., was arrested at the 99 mile marker on U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
