Nov. 12, 2021
- Gerver Melgar-Recinos, 32, of 250 Fifth St., Waukee, was arrested for forgery.
- Ella Newell of Lincoln, Nebraska, was traveling eastbound on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 103 mile marker when her vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle, driven by Joshua Portillo of Clarion. No injuries were reported. Damage to Newell’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Portillo’s vehicle was estimated at $3,500. Portillo was issued a citation for following too closely.
- Nicole Pfitzemaier of Adel was traveling in the 19000 block of Old Highway 6 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
- Ronice Steeve of Redfield was traveling in the 15000 block of Old Highway 6 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
Nov. 13, 2021
- Christina Jorgenson, 21, of 1614 N.W. Linwood Dr., Ankeny, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for open container.
- Madelyn Curry of Waukee was traveling northbound in the 31000 block of L Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $7,500.
- Jacqueline Nunez Cardoso of Marshalltown was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 111 mile marker when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $7,000. Cardoso was issued a citation for operating a non-registered vehicle.

- Caitlin Hoppenworth, 22, of 1411 N.E. Savana Dr., Grimes, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to maintain control and open container.
- Patricia Wilson of Adel was traveling in the 23000 block of Maple Ridge when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,700.
- David Goldstein of Nampa, Indiana, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 114 mile marker when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.

- Alyssa Landers, 19, of 310 S. 11th St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
