- Brenda Allen, 64, of 1105 West St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
- Angela Katzmann, 42, of 2562 Morton Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Richard Huff, 48, of 946 12th St. N.E., Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
