- Mark Mash, 35, of 621 Walnut St., Minburn, was arrested on a warrant for harassment.
- Anna Janette Love, 29, of 616 Grant St., Dexter, was arrested at this address for possession of a controlled substance-heroin and possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- Anthony Guerrero of Perry was traveling in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
November 6, 2019
- Joshua David Maddix, 34, of 686 18th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
- Zachariah Dredge of Redfield was traveling south on Maple Street in Dexter and approaching the intersection with State Street when his brakes failed, and he was unable to stop his vehicle, which struck a vehicle driven by Mark Derry of Dexter. Minor injuries were reported, but medical attention was refused. Damage to Dredge’s vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to Derry’s vehicle was estimated at $500. Dredge was issued a warning for failure to obey stop sign.

- Erdal Demir of Brooklyn, N.Y., was traveling near the 99 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when his semi-tractor trailer struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the semi was estimated at $5,500.
