- Jerome Jeremy Haynes, 33, of 3118 Columbia St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of theft and public intoxication.
- Sayde Steel Hein, 19, of 1824 Estella St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of failure to affix drug stamp.
- Selvin Ivan Santos Ortez, 25, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fugitive from justice.
- Brett Joseph Stoner, 32, of 325 Thornton Ave., Des Moines, was arrested at the 114 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and speeding.
- Hollywood Rae Grabill, 18, of 2644 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested at the 114 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Justin Wygle of Fort Dodge was stopped and waiting to turn north onto N Avenue from the Iowa 141 off ramp when his vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Tara Stemsrud of Des Moines. No injuries were reported. No damage was reported to Stemsrud’s vehicle, and damage to Wygle’s vehicle was estimated at $500.
