- Karmin Klingenberg of Guthrie Center was traveling west in the 31000 block of 240th Street when a truck driven by Brian Mills of Dallas Center struck her on the passenger side of the bed of the truck. No injuries were reported. Damage to Mills’ vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Klingenberg’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000. Mills was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.
October 11, 2016
- Robert Keller of Dallas Center was turning left onto County Road R30 from 180th Street when he struck a vehicle driven by Jessica Reinking of Granger. No injuries were reported. Damage to Keller’s vehicle was estimated at $2000, and damage to Reinking’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Keller was cited for failure to yield half of roadway.
- Karry Ferguson, 37, of 2014 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

- Benjamin Lee Zickefoose, 40, of 1503 E. 21st, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to make support payments as ordered.
