- Kailey Anne Pearson, 27, of 528 10th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for OWI.
- Shelbie Lehman of Perry and Gloria Borjas Escobar of Webster City were both traveling east in the 17000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when they ran over a ladder on the highway. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $500.
- Michael Allan Hale, 25, of 6215 N.W. 106th St., Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
- Jami Marie Schneller, 40, of 700 Iowa St., St. Charles, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of harassment.
- Justin Wayne Skaggs, 18, of 1223 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
