- William Love of Dawson was turning onto F Avenue from 180th Street when his vehicle struck a vehicle, driven by Melissa McNamara of Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage to Love’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to McNamara’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
- Michael Prince, 41, of 2506 Perry Park Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Bridgette Murphy of Perry was traveling in the 18000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when she swerved to avoid a collision with an unknown vehicle and lost control of her vehicle, which entered the median. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
