- Heather Cole, 49, of 2234 Elizabeth Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for eluding, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and providing false identification information and was issued citations for speeding, failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way and no registration.
- Vu Nguyen Vo, 42, of 9925 Country View Lane, Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for speeding, unsafe passing, reckless driving and eluding.
