Oct. 25, 2024
- Dublas Rodriguez Lopez, 21, of 1436 21st St., Des Moines, was arrested for eluding, possession of a controlled substance and first-offense OWI issued numerous citations for moving and non-moving violations.
- Shelbie Lehman of Perry was traveling in the 26500 block of Iowa Highway 141 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,500.
- Jerried Beaman of Grimes was traveling on U.S. Highway 169 at the interchange with Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle collided with a semi-tractor trailer, driven by Oleksandr Semenii of Lincoln, Nebraska. No injuries were reported. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at less than $500. Semenii was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.

- Christopher Blitz, 46, of 820 18th S.t, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Jacorey Ivery-Walden, 31, of 4611 S.W. Logan St., Ankeny, was arrested for public intoxication.

- Rudolph Zagar, 40, of 14641 Hull Ave., Perry, was arrested for violation of a no-contact order.
- Terry Curtis of Dallas Center was traveling in the 30000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
Oct. 28, 2024
- Zachary Dixon, 29, of 309 N. Douglas St., Afton, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
