- Kayla Monroe, 35, of 612 34th Place, West Des Moines, was arrested for OWI and issued citations for speeding and no insurance.
- Michael McConnell, 54, of 1307 S.E. University Ave., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
