- Erasmo Torres Torres of Perry turned onto Iowa Highway 141 from Willis Avenue and his vehicle was struck in the rear end by a vehicle driven by Chelsey Thomas of Perry. Torres and a passenger were transported to Mercy Hospital by the Dallas County EMS, and Thomas was transported to Methodist Hospital by the Dallas County EMS. Damage to Thomas’ vehicle was estimated at $4,000, and damage to Torres’ vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Thomas was issued a citation for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.

- Jordan Smith of Grimes was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 when he exited the highway and came to the stop sign at Iowa Highway 210, where his vehicle was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Ellie Altman of Woodward. No injuries were reported. Damage to Smith’s vehicle was estimated at $7,000, and damage to Altman’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Altman was issued a citation for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
