- Breeya Lynn Moritz, 18, of 605 Second Ave. S.W., Oelwein, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of a controlled substance, interference with official acts and criminal mischief.
- Joshua Maynard Polson, 37, of 613 Porter St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Demichole Dewayne Deeds, 35, of 6412 Robbin Dr., Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for assault.
- Michele Bailey of Adel was traveling in the 25000 block of 360th Street and was slowing to turn when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by James Darnall of Winterset. No injuries were reported. Damage to Darnall’s vehicle was estimated at $2,500, and damage to Bailey’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000. Darnall was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured clear distance.
- Mickey Lynde of Panora was traveling in the 2000 block of Iowa Highway 44 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
