- Marissa Vasquez, 31, of 6605 S.W. 17th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Christian Hein, 29, of 615 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Grant Crist, 67, of 3601 Caulder Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Lorna Grow of Dallas Center was parking in the 1400 block of Walnut Street in Dallas Center when her foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas pedal, causing her vehicle to lurch forward and strike a power pole. No injuries were reported. Damage to Grow’s vehicle was estimated at $3,500, and damage to the power pole was estimated at $6,000.
