- Gary Griffin, 34, of 218 52nd St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of first-degree harassment.
- Tasha Palmer, 37, of 426 W. Mill St., Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of OWI and possession of a controlled substance.
