GREENFIELD, Iowa – The lifeless body of an adult was found along a rural roadside in Adair County Thursday afternoon, and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) and Adair County Sheriff’s office are investigating the incident as a suspicious death.
The body was found in the southeast corner of Adair County, a DCI statement said.
There is no known threat to the public associated with this discovery, the DCI said.
