Funeral services for Dean Blougher, 92, of Perry will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21 at the First United Methodist Church in Perry. Burial with Military Rites will be in Violet Hill Cemetery. Visitation will take place Thursday, one hour before service time, at the church.
Memorials may be directed to the Dean Blougher memorial fund. Dean died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017, at the Perry Lutheran Home.
