Ellston, Iowa, man allegedly harasses Waukee woman in July

Geoffrey Michael Miller, 39, of Ellston, Iowa, was arrested Saturday on a charge of third-degree harassment.

An Ellston, Iowa, man was arrested Saturday on a Dallas County warrant in connection with a July incident in which he allegedly harassed a Waukee woman.

Geoffrey Michael Miller, 39, of 1354 Lakeview Dr., Ellston, was charged with third-degree harassment.

According to court records, on July 24, 2024, Miller allegedly repeatedly interfered with the victim’s online activities.

A warrant for Miller’s arrest was ordered July 31 in Dallas County District Court and served Saturday. Miller was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $300 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a pretrial conference Oct. 18 in Dallas County District Court.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
