George Eugene McAllister, 51, of Grand Junction died Friday, Dec. 23, 2016, at the Greene County Medical Center in Jefferson.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Hastings Funeral Home in Perry, with a reception to follow. Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 29 after 1 p.m., with the family present from 5-7 pm.
George is survived by his wife, Debbie of Grand Junction; son, Joe McAllister of Oak Harbor, Wash.; daughters, Chelsey Telleen of Perry and Amy Tasler of Perry; sisters, Mary (Bob) Laborde of Perry, Sherry Jones of Rippey, Terry (Wade) Schulte of Perry and Sami (Jason) Keuck of Ankeny; brother, Richard (Michelle) McAllister of Jamaica; and step-mother, Pam McAllister of Perry.
Memorials in his name may be left at the funeral home for the family’s later designation.
