- The Greene County Sheriff assisted a motorist on N Avenue and 180th Street.
- A deputy investigated a single-vehicle accident on X Avenue near Iowa Highway 144. Vicki Mitchell, 76, of Perry lost control of her 2010 Ford Escape and went into the ditch, striking a fence and causing $3,000 damage to the vehicle.
- A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 200 block of W. Paton Street in Paton.
- A deputy investigated a burglary in the 1100 block of R Avenue.
- A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street and W Avenue. Deborah Stensland, 56, of Perry failed to stop on W Avenue and pulled out in front of another vehicle. Stensland was driving a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had $2,500 damage. She was cited for failure to stop. Samantha Garcia, 28, of Des Moines was operating a 2003 Honda Odyssey and hit Stensland in the rear, causing $2,000 damage to her vehicle. No injuries were reported.
- A deputy assisted a motorist on Main and Eighth streets in Grand Junction.
- A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street near T Avenue.
- A deputy investigated a driving complaint in Scranton.
- A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near E Avenue.
- A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 237th Street and Kirkwood Avenue. Luke Nelson, 20, of Jefferson lost control of his 1998 Ford F150 and went into the west ditch. Jacie Hawthorne, 20, of Scranton was driving a 2001 Ford Escort and observed Nelson lose control, and Hawthorne hit her breaks, causing her to lose control and collide with Nelson’s vehicle. Hawthorne’s vehicle sustained $3,500 damage. There were no citations issued and no injuries.

- A deputy investigated a single-vehicle in a ditch on 240th Street near S Avenue. There was no damage to the vehicle.
- A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 800 block of Hager Street in Grand Junction.
- Christin Smith, 33, of Perry was booked into the jail for a probation violation.
- Bruce Johnson, 55, of Jefferson was booked into the jail for third-offense OWI.
- A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 200 block of W. Paton Street in Paton.
- A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on U Avenue just south of Rippey.
- Timothy Wilson, 57, of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for possession of a prescription drugs and two counts of third-offense possession of a controlled substance.
- A deputy investigated a burglary in the 700 block of M Avenue.
- A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 900 block of Linn Street in Scranton.
- A deputy investigated a burglary in the 900 block of Irving Street in Scranton.

- Tamera Keck, 53, of Jefferson was booked into the jail for first-offense OWI.
- Rodney Blackmon, 22, of Jefferson was booked into the jail for second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1100 block of Orchard Avenue.
- A deputy investigated a child-custody issue in the 900 block of Irving Street in Scranton.
