- A local retail store reported the theft of alcohol at 106 W. Washington St. The business is providing the officer with video footage of the event for the investigation.
- Kaytln Stevenson reported the smell of natural gas in the 400 block of E. Lincoln Way. An officer could not locate the source of the odor or smell the gas himself.
- A caller advised of the smell of smoke in the 100 block of N. Olive Street. An officer could smell the smoke but could not locate the source of the odor in the area.
- A traffic stop at Elm and Head streets resulted in Autumn Burghardt of Omaha, Neb., being issued a citation for excessive speed.
- After completing an investigation into a stolen paycheck from 108 E. Central Ave., #66, on July 24, 2019, an officer has requested arrest warrants for Cole Anthony Langford, 35, of Des Moines for third-degree theft and forgery.
