- A Plains Area Mental Health worker requested a welfare check on a male in the 400 block of E. McKinley Street. An officer contacted the person, who said he was fine.
- A U.S. Postal Service letter carrier reported a dog running freely in the 900 block of W. State Street. The animal had been taken inside before an officer arrived.
- Officers assisted the Greene County Ambulance with a medical call in the 700 block of Wild Rose Lane.
- Mary Norgart reported she captured a dog running loose in the 300 block of N. Cedar Street. An officer picked up the animal and returned it to the owner in the area. A verbal warning was issued for animal at large prohibited.
- An officer assisted a transient male with a ride to the Greene County Medical Center emergency room after being requested to do so. The male told the officer he needed help with his mental health.
- Julia McCollom reported a sick squirrel at 600 S. Elm St. An office dispatched the sick animal and removed it for the resident.
- Bill George reported damage to vinyl siding at 406 N. Vine St. George said he believed the neighbors might have caused the damage. An officer found no evidence to support who or what damaged the siding.
- A caller reported fireworks being set off in the 300 block of S. Pinet Street. An officer did not locate anything in the area.
