Funeral services for Mardelle Hane, 82, of Perry will be 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 16 at Hastings Funeral Home in Perry. Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, with the family present from 3-5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Jefferson Cemetery.
Mardelle died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, at Deerfield Retirement Community in Urbandale after a brief stay.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Gamerdinger (Randy Meyer) of Johnston; son, Mark (Theresa) Hane of rural Adel; son-in-law, Bob Pieper of Stuart; two brothers, Jim (Susan) Smith of Clive and Richard (Adrianne) Smith of Jefferson; sister, Donna (Ray) Van Buskirk of Sioux City; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Memorials are respectfully requested to the Mercy Foundation or Mercy Hospice.
