The annual Veterans Day meal hosted by the American Legion Post 99 of Minburn drew a steady crowd of diners Thursday evening during the two-hour event. The free dinner was offered to all veterans, active service and National Guard and Reserve personnel as a token of gratitude for their service to the nation.
Post Commander Don Richardson and his crew of Legionnaires served up pulled pork sandwiches, potato soup, a relish tray and cookies to the many veterans and others who attended.
