Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements for Nelly Hughes, 53, of Perry. Nelly died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at the Perry Health Care Center. Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Perry.
