Two passenger cars collided at the intersection of 11th and Warford streets Monday about 5:30 p.m., bringing the Perry Police Department and the Dallas County EMS to the scene.
There were no injuries in the mishap.
One vehicle held a single occupant. The other had multiple occupants, including several children.
The circumstances of the crash are under investigation. It appeared that one of the vehicles was travelling northward on 11th Street, and the other was traveling eastward on Warford Street.
The rear bumper of the car presumably traveling eastward was torn from the frame and lay detached in the roadway.
