The deadline is Nov. 30 at 4 p.m. for nominations for the 2017 Perry Rotary Club Civil Servant of the Year Award.
The annual award honors an outstanding civil servant from any one of the following service areas: law enforcement, fire department, ambulance/EMS, emergency services, health care, human services/other services.
Eligible nominees are considered by the Perry Rotary Club’s Selection Committee, which makes the final choice and notifies the winner of the date, time and location of the award presentation.
To nominate someone, simply download and complete the nomination form and email it to: mvonbehren@perry.lib.ia.us. Nomination forms may also be dropped off in person or mailed to the circulation desk at the Perry Public Library, 1101 Willis Ave., Perry, IA 50220.
