Perry Crime Stoppers offer $500 for info about vandal’s vehicle

A vandal with a stencil and spray paint defaced the entrance of the Perry High School Sept. 30 with a message of hatred.

The Perry Crime Stoppers have announced a reward of up to $500 for information leading to the the vehicle used in the Sept. 30 vandalism of the Perry High School.

The vandalism occurred on the sidewalk outside the main entrance of the high school when someone with a stencil and spray paint defaced the premises with the message: “Report Illigals 1-866-DHS-2ICE.”

The vandalism occurred early Sunday, Sept. 30 and appeared to be deliberately intended to intimidate and frighten attendees of the ¡Viva Perry! Latino Festival, which was held Sunday afternoon outside the Perry Performing Arts Center.

Anyone with information about the vehicle is asked to call the Perry Crime Stoppers at 515-465-5661.
