The Perry Food Pantry opened for business Tuesday morning in its new location at 3112 Willis Ave., and a six-person volunteer crew was on site to serve the community’s food needs.
The new pantry, open Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 1-3:30 p.m., is only one-half block from its prior location.
Staffing the pantry Tuesday were Site Director Lou Hoger and Sharon Kautzky, Monica Peitz, Myrna Smith, Dean Stumbo and Jon Williams.
