  1. I’ve got to say this story leaves a bit out. I was the cashier at the store that night.

After harassing and following(multiple customers) a for around 10 minutes i asked Lucas to leave. Lucas said “okay.” Then as he was walking out the door Lucas turned around and told the man he was harassing “I’ll fucking kill you.”

As he said this he was running towards him with a raised fist. I intercepted him and removed him from the store.

Then little less than 2 hours later(after cops had arrived and discussed with me and the customer what happened.) Lucas called to store, wanting to know if we were open. I said “yes but, you shouldn’t come.”
At which point I called the police saying the man from earlier is returning to the store.

Lucas beat the police to the store. Where he did grab things and attempted to go behind the counter twice at which point I told him to leave(not knowing he had pocketed items). Lucas left, I called the police again. They arrived and found Lucas walking home.
