A Perry man was arrested Tuesday night after allegedly threatening to break the jaw of a plumber at work in the home.
Frank Casey Shinn, 36, of 1820 Fifth St., Perry, was charged with assault.
The incident began shortly after 8 p.m. in the 1800 block of Fifth Street in Perry, where officers of the Perry Police Department responded to a report from the worker of the threat.
