April 7, 202
- A 2013 Nissan, registered to Ca Xiquin Velasquez De Baltazar of 1917 Evelyn St., Perry, and driven by Juventino Baltazar of 1917 Evelyn St., Perry, collided with a legally parked 2021 trailer, registered to Central Iowa Trailer Sales of 2725 E. Lincoln Way, Ames. No injuries were reported. Damage estimate not available at the time of the report.
- Sheila Lee Smith, 43, of 2801 First Ave., Perry. was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation on original charges of third-degree theft, violation of a protective order and domestic abuse causing bodily injury.
- Peter Daniel Colon, 29, of 2021 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Josue Incocente Hernandez, 21, of 1026 Third Ave. S., Estherville, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Marcus Lee Negaard, 29, of 908 Seventh St., Sheldon, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.

- Alberto Cruz Salinas, 31, of 2907 Warford St. , Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Kate Leslie Tremmel, 36, of 701 S. 17th St., Fort Dodge, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 2600 block of McKinley Street. The offending party was warned and advised to cease contact.
- Officers responded to a report of a theft in the 1800 block of Fifth Street. A trailer and items on the trailer were reported stolen. The loss was estimated at $1,800.
- Ivan Davila Barrios, 23, of 2543 Riverwoods Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of first-offense domestic abuse assault and on a Polk County warrant for two counts of failure to affix a drug tax stamp, two counts of a controlled substance violation and failure to appear for probation violation hearing

- Joseph Lee Kilmer, 18, of 1815 W. Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault-display or use a weapon.
