- Miguel Angel Preciado Torres, 35, of 1913 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear.

- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 700 block of First Avenue.
- Anthony Robert Booth, 33, of 1819 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving while barred and driving while suspended.
- Donald Robert Jafvert, 42, of Humboldt was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
