- Officers received a report of theft in the 500 block of First Avenue.
- Jonathan De Jesus Corado Melendrez, 26, of 2801 First Ave., Perry was arrested on charges of OWI, domestic abuse assault and assault.

- Marina Nicole Quijas, 22, of 608 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
