- A caller said “she loaned a bike to a friend,” and now the “friend is refusing to give her the bike back.” An officer responded.
- A wireless 911 call was received “for calves near the highway.” The Dallas County Sheriff’s office was notified.
- A woman entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with a billfold she found “behind the church.” An officer responded and made contact with the item’s owner, who retrieved it.
- A caller requested a welfare check on her daughter because the caller “has not been able to get ahold of her today.” An officer responded and located the daughter, who was “having another verbal dispute with” a third party.
- A caller said she lost her billfold. An officer responded.
- A caller said someone was “outside of her apartment, beating on the door.” The caller said “she does not want her there.” Officers responded and served a no-trespass notice on the unwanted one.
- A caller said she “needed help getting her daughter, who is running away.” An officer responded and while patrolling the area learned the runaway was home.
- A man entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. in order “to report that multiple things have been stolen” by someone. An officer responded.
- A caller “reported that someone has broken into” a neighboring residence. The caller said “the owners are out of state.” An officer responded.
- A caller said “that his soon-to-be-ex-wife” was “intoxicated more than once” while “driving the van around town, and she has been with the children in there.” An officer responded.
- A caller reported “people doing tricks outside the” McCreary Community Building. The caller “believed it was someone in their 20s on a skateboard.” An officer responded but did not find any tricksters.
- Someone entered the offices of the Perry Police Department at 908 Willis Ave. with a found license plate. An officer responded.
- A caller said two dogs were running at large. An officer responded but did not find the dogs.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
