- Logan Robb, 24, 405 W. First St., Bouton, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Thomas Anthony Pohlmeier, 52, 713 Indiana St., Des Moines, was arrested on charges of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
