- Ryan Jacob Ayers, 31, of 413 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.

- Dominick Matthew Jerome Cooley, 36, of 2023 Fourth St., Perry, was issued citations for two counts of dog at large and two counts of violation of the vicious dog ordinance.
- Devin William Morales-Holm, 27, of 912 N. Maple St., Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1200 block of First Avenue. The case is under investigation.
