August 13, 2025
- Miguel Angel Preciado Torres, 36, of 1913 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense domestic abuse assault and false imprisonment.
August 14, 2025
- Officers responded to a report of sexual abuse in the 1400 block of Otley Avenue. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 500 block of First Avenue.
August 15, 2025
- Daniel Ramirez Jr., 22, of 2665 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested on charges of interference with official acts-bodily injury, interference with official acts and removing officer’s radio-no intent and on a Dallas County warrant for parole violation on an original charge of prohibited acts-manufacture, deliver, conspire or posses with intent.
August 16, 2025
- Kenia Yamalle Trinidad Velez, 28, of 3606-202 Kennedy Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
- James Cody Foster, 30, of Rippey was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI, second-degree criminal mischief, assault-display a dangerous weapon, eluding-speed more than 25 mph over limit, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain proper speed, failure to obey stop sign/yield, improper lane change, speeding, no insurance and interference with official acts.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 500 block of First Avenue.
August 17, 2025
- Krystal Ann McClain, 45, of Ogden was arrested on a charge of second-offense OWI.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 1400 block of Third Street.
