- A caller said he “wanted to speak to an officer about going back to his residence after a dispute with his wife the night before.” An officer responded and learned the caller “had spoken to his wife, and everything is fine.” The caller said he “wanted to make contact with the police department to ask permission to return home.”
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
