  • Nicholas Frank Field, 41, 2617 McKinley St., Perry, was issued a citation for second-offense barking dog.
  • A caller “requested a welfare check on an employee.” The caller said “he did not show up to work this morning, which is very unlike him.” An officer responded and made contact with the employee. “All okay.”
  • A “caller reported that there was a raccoon outside his residence, and he did not look well.” Officers responded, “trapped the raccoon” and “took it out to the water treatment plant to be released due to a minor leg injury.”
  • A caller said “he had an argument with his wife, and he wants to leave” and “to get some belongings before leaving.” An officer responded and “stood by” while the caller “collected his things.”
  • A caller said “that he can smell marijuana,” and he believed it was coming from a nearby apartment. Officers responded “and found no smell of marijuana.”

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
