- Bryan Jon Dougan, 52, of 1202 30th St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation.
- Marshall Colton Gilbert, 34, of 1317 Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of willful injury and child endangerment.
Dec. 7, 2023
- Joshua Calacuayo, 27, of 1624 Seventh St,, Perry, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension, first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- A 2015 Chevrolet Explorer, registered to Chivalan Poultry LLC of 814 Warford St., Perry, and driven by Antonio Pu of 304 Willis Ave., Perry, collided with a 2020 Honda Civic, registered to and driven by Teresa Mae Carney of 406 Fourth St., Perry, on Iowa Highway 141 near First Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,500. Pu was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and failure to yield at a yield sign.
Dec. 8, 2023
- A 2014 Ford F150 pick up, registered to and driven by Logan Sheehy Ohm of 106 Main St., Yale, collided with a 2023 Chrysler Voyager, registered to Ean Holdings LLC of 2611 Lincoln Way, Clinton, and driven by Nawal Hababi of 603 Third St., Rippey, near the intersection of Iowa and William streets. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $1,700. Ohm was issued a citation for no valid driver’s license and failure to provide proof of financial liability-accident related.

- Miguel Salgado Aguilar, 44, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Matthew David Corrigan, 31, of 1607 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of violation of a no-contact order and interference with official acts.
- A 2021 Chevy Trailblazer, registered to and driven by Amanda Kay Martin of 608 Willis Ave., Perry, collided with a 2015 Nissan Versa, registered to Rosalba Lopez Cisnerosof 1213 Sixth St., Perry, and driven by Eric Fransico Cisneros of 1219 Sixth St., Perry, near the intersection of Willis Avenue and W. Fifth Street. No injuries were reported. The case is under investigation.
- A 2016 Chevy Malibu, registered to and driven by Linda Rae Mozena of 1718 North St., Perry, struck a legally parked 2018 Nissan Rogue, registered to Solomon Woldemichael Girumu of 2510 Perry Park Ave., Perry, in the 900 block of Center Street. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $550.
- Daniel Ramirez Jr., 21, of 2665 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested on a Guthrie County warrant for probation violation.
- Wendy Giselle Gonzalez Vidal, 20, of 1708 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of firsts-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Stiven Alexander Chicas, 19, of 2405 N.W. Gabus Dr., Grimes, was arrested on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- Martin Funez, 23, of 1316 14th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of Summer Meadows Court. Tools and miscellaneous items were taken from an unlocked garage. The case is under investigation,
- Jose Miguel Arana Reinoze, 37, of 1519 Warford St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault causing bodily injury.
- Miguel Angel Torres Preciado, 34, of 523 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine.
- Maryha Marie Rosas Kirkman, 25, of 329 St. Paul St., Perry was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
