- A Toyota Camry, driven by Carlos Vargas Reyes of 1702 Fifth St., Perry, collided with a vehicle, driven by Reyes Renso Yonathan, at the intersection of First Avenue and Estella Street. No injuries were reported. No damage estimate was available.
- Carlos Ernesto Vargas Reyes, 27, of 1702 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.

- Brandon Lee Jackson, 36, of Eddyville was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Julio Adrian Ruiz, 22, of 1421 Fifth St., Perry, was arrested on charges of violation of a no-contact order and interference with official acts.
- Jacob Andrew Guyette, 35, of 1724 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on charges of OWI and driving while revoked.
- Officers responded to a report of harassment in the 700 block of Fifth Street.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Fifth Street. Two propane tanks were stolen.

- Emily Michelle Rodriguez, 39, of Dallas Center was arrested on charges of OWI, assault on persons in certain occupations and interference with official acts.
