- John Luis Santana Puente, 26, of Jamaica was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for probation violation.
November 29, 2024
- Lori Lynn Penninger, 59, of 913 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault.
- A 2015 Chevy Malibu, driven by McChesney of 2024 Fourth St., Perry, collided with a 2023 Flasco semi-tractor trailer, driven by Deontaj Matthews of Chicago, on Iowa Highway 141 at 16th Street. No injuries were reported. Damage to McChesney’s vehicle was estimated at $2,500. Damage to Matthews’ vehicle was estimated at $100. McChesney was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way from stop sign.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1400 block of Third Street. The dispute was verbal only.

- Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 400 block of Willis Avenue.
December 1, 2024
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on an unspecified charge.
December 2, 2024
- Officers responded to a report of assault in the 900 block of Willis Avenue. The case is under investigation.
