- Alejandro Rios, 21, of 1716 Seventh St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
- Domingo Pu de Leon, 24, of 1212 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow.
