December 20, 2024
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 1800 block of Fourth Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of a missing child in the 1100 block of Third Street. The child was later found without incident.
- Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Graceland Avenue. The dispute was verbal only.
December 21, 2024
- A 2019 Ford, driven by Susanne Lynne Hanna, collided with a 2006 Dodge, driven by Henry Hughes, at the intersection of Third Street and Dewey Avenue. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.

- Heather Renee Pearson, 40, of Churdan was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Jonathan De Jesus Corado Melendrez, 27, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of violation of a no-contact order.
- Rusty Lee Curtis Lewis, 38, of 616 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance.
- Kacy Lynn Nevitt, 22, of 2720 Summer Meadows Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana.
December 23, 2024
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1700 bloc of Fourth Street. The case is under investigation.
- Charles Andrew Kaufman, 60, of 2540 337th St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while barred.
