- A 1999 Ford Ranger, driven by Cameron Nicolaisen of 17807 130th St., Perry, collided with a 2012 Nissan Armada, driven by Nelson Moran Osorio of 1424 Third St., Perry, near the intersection of Third and Estella streets. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000 to $15,000.
- Nyalwoth Daniel Lam, 48, of Urbandale was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Danielle Renee Cechovic, 37, of 2209 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on charges of forgery, unauthorized use of a credit, fourth-degree theft and fifth-degree theft.
