- Rosa Amelia Perez Diaz, 54, of 1715 Second St., Perry, was arrested on charges of third-degree harassment and violation of a no-contact order.
- Christopher Joseph Hidlebaugh, 32, of 728 William St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
