- Juan Perez Castellon, 44, of 1007 Dewey Ave., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
- Juan Manuel Perez Rodriguez, 24, 810 North St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving while revoked.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1800 block of Pattee Street. The loss was estimated at $120.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 2900 block of Kading Road.

- Kari Lorene Henson, 48, of 15067 L Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for probation violation on an original charge of controlled substance violation.
