February 17, 2023
- A 2000 Ford Explorer, registered to Penny Dawn Cross of 1408 Sixth St., Perry, and driven by Craig Allen Chance of 1408 Sixth St., Perry, collided with a 2021 Toyota Highlander, registered to and driven by Daisy Zavala-Diaz of 2506 Otley Ave., Perry, at 16th and McKinley streets. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2200.
- A 2017 Ford Explorer, registered to and driven by Marciana Lynn Gonzalez of 914 Park St., Perry, collided with a 2006 Dodge Dakota, registered to and driven by Marjorie Anna Stewart of 17062 K Trail, Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was minor.
- Officers received a report of harassment in the 1400 block of Willis Avenue. The officers advised both parties to cease all communication or charges would be filed.
- Samuel Sampayo Osorio, 44, of 701 Third St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Luis Japa Arratea, 39, of 2602 Marengo Dr., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
February 18, 2023
- Jennifer Rae Nicholaisen, 43, of 12879 Houston Ave., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
- Dakota Wylie Armstrong, 29, of 1715 Vine St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense OWI and violation of a protective order.

- Hector Guillermo Castaneda Rojas, 49, of 2801 First Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of first-offense domestic abuse assault.
- Konnor Gage Eppert, 19, of 1602 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Kerstin Elieth Valle, 35, of 1623 W. Fourth St., Perry, was issued a vicious-dog warning and a citation for second-offense dog at large.
- Officers responded to a report of burglary in the 500 block of Fourth Street. The case is under investigation.
- Alyssa Deann Hockel, 26, of 2902 Iowa St., Perry, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for first-offense OWI.
February 21, 2023
- Domonick Matthew Jerome Cooley, 36, of 2023 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- Alejandro Flores, 30, of 6116 Grandview Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of driving under revocation.
