- Rusty Lee Curtis Lewis, 36, of 1619 Willis Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
- A 15-year-ol male from Perry was taken into custody and charged with fifth-degree theft.
February 7, 2023
- A 2007 BMW, registered to Jenifher Cruz of 1811 Willis Ave., Perry, and driven by Domingo Emmanuel Puente Del Obre of 1620 Second St., Perry, collided with a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica van, registered to and driven by Nancy Kaye Abbott of 282 305th St., Perry. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $600. Puente Del Obre was issued a citation for failure to provide financial liability-accident related.
- Mark Darrell Simmons, 50, of 2508 Perry Park Ave., Perry was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
